Privacy & Data Protection Policy
I am committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of all clients, students and participants.
Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of providing services, administering courses, communicating relevant information and meeting legal or professional obligations.
Personal data will be stored securely and handled in accordance with UK GDPR and applicable data protection legislation.
Information shared during sessions, workshops or training programmes will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without the client’s consent, except where required by law or where there is a serious safeguarding concern.
Clients and students have the right to request access to their personal data and request corrections where appropriate.
Complaints Handling Policy
I am committed to providing a professional and supportive service.
If a client or student is dissatisfied with any aspect of my services, they are encouraged to raise their concerns directly with me as soon as possible so that the matter can be addressed promptly and fairly.
Complaints should be submitted in writing by email here
I will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 7 working days and aim to provide a response or resolution within 28 days.
Every complaint will be treated seriously, respectfully and confidentially.
Where a complaint cannot be resolved informally, further steps may be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
Health & Safety Policy
I am committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for all clients, students and participants.
Reasonable steps will be taken to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all individuals attending sessions, workshops, courses and events.
Participants are responsible for informing me of any health conditions, accessibility requirements or circumstances that may affect their participation.
For online events, participants are responsible for ensuring they are in a safe and suitable environment whilst attending.
Any accidents, incidents or safeguarding concerns will be recorded and managed appropriately.
Refund Policy
Clients and students have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase, during which they may cancel and receive a full refund.
Following the expiry of the 14-day cooling-off period, all payments and course fees are non-refundable.
Refunds will not be provided for non-attendance, withdrawal, change of circumstances or change of mind after the cooling-off period has ended.
In exceptional circumstances, a transfer to a future course, workshop or training cohort may be offered at the Provider’s discretion.
Refund Policy – Digital Content & Events
Participants have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period from the date of enrolment unless they have accessed digital content, attended a live event, or participated in services that have commenced with their express consent during that period.
By enrolling, you expressly request and consent to immediate access to digital content, course materials, recordings, online resources, community groups and pre-course materials where applicable.
You also expressly request and consent to participation in any live workshops, mentoring, supervision sessions, training days, online events or other services that commence before the end of the 14-day cooling-off period.
Once digital content has been accessed, downloaded, viewed or supplied, or once a live event or service has commenced with your express consent, your right to cancel and receive a refund is waived to the fullest extent permitted by law
Professional Conduct Policy
I am committed to maintaining high standards of professionalism, integrity and ethical practice.
All clients and students will be treated with dignity, respect and without discrimination.
Confidentiality, professional boundaries and informed consent form the foundation of my work.
I undertake ongoing professional development, supervision and reflective practice to maintain the quality of my services.
Clients and students are expected to behave respectfully towards other participants, facilitators and staff. Harassment, bullying, discrimination or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from a programme or event.
I reserve the right to decline or discontinue services where it is not in the best interests of the client, student, group or professional relationship.
