This Ends With Me

This workshop begins by turning toward the ancestral field, the people, losses, loyalties, and unfinished stories that make up the lineage we come from. It goes beyond the now-familiar language of “generational trauma” into something older and less tidy: the way an experience can keep resonating through a family line long after the person who lived it has died.

Working with Family Constellations, somatic exploration, ancestral work, and Ancestral Spirit Release, we make space to encounter an ancestor: One you already know of, or one whose story has been lost to time.

An ancestor may surface who lost a child, died young, lived through war, exclusion, or abandonment, or carried a grief that was never fully spoken. Sometimes it’s someone who died not long before or after you were born. Whatever form it takes, what tends to emerge is a thread you’ve carried in your own life that turns out not to have started with you.

This workshop also holds space for the more spiritual side of Family Constellations: ancestral presence, unfinished experience, and the connections that run beneath what we consciously know about our own history.

Along the way, we sit with a few questions:

  • What am I carrying ancestrally?
  • Who or what am I connected to?
  • What is asking to be seen today?
  • What belongs to my ancestors and what belongs to me?
  • How do I put this down?

Ancestral Spirit Release adds a ritual dimension to this work, making room for acknowledgment, completion, and release once an ancestral connection has come into view.

At the centre of it all is changing out point of view and the allowing healthier movement into our lives:

I honour those who came before me without continuing to live their unfinished lives.

This is a chance to meet deeper unknown parts your lineage. Find what has gone unseen, honour where you come from, set down what was never yours to carry, and continue to step more fully into a life that is actually your own.
