Ethical Framework

My work as a Therapist is guided by respect, integrity, compassion, confidentiality and personal responsibility.

I am committed to creating a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space where individuals can explore personal, relational, systemic and ancestral themes with dignity and care.

I honour the autonomy of each client and recognise their right to make their own choices, determine their own path and engage with the work at a pace that feels appropriate for them. My role is not to direct, advise or impose interpretations, but to facilitate a process of exploration, awareness and healing.

Confidentiality forms a cornerstone of my practice. Information shared within sessions, workshops and training programmes is treated with respect and discretion and will not be disclosed without the client’s consent, except where required by law or where there is a serious safeguarding concern.

I work from a systemic perspective, recognising that individuals exist within larger family, cultural and ancestral systems. My intention is to approach all people and family members with respect, acknowledging that every person belongs within their system and has their own story, experiences and burdens.

Family Constellations is an experiential and educational modality that supports insight, awareness and personal growth. It is not a substitute for medical, psychiatric or psychological treatment. Clients remain responsible for their own decisions, actions and wellbeing during and after our work together.

I am committed to ongoing professional development, supervision and reflective practice to ensure that I work ethically, responsibly and with humility in service of those who choose to work with me.

My intention is always to support greater awareness, healing, connection and wholeness for individuals, families and future generations.

This includes all of the modalities I offer.
